Customer Reviews
Good plants, shipping could improve
I bought a few Encore Azaleas and a couple of those Dwarf Gardenias last month. The plants themselves arrived looking healthy and well-packaged, which I appreciated. They've settled into my garden nicely. However, the shipping took about 8 days to get to my place in Ohio, which felt a bit long for live plants. Also, one of the azaleas had a broken twig, nothing major, but it shows they could use a bit more cushioning in the box. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the plants for the price I paid, but faster shipping or more robust packing would make it even better.
Healthy Knock Out Roses
Ordered two Knock Out Roses. They arrived fast and looked good. Planted them, and they are growing well. No issues. Would buy again.
Got some cool blueberry bushes
So, I decided to finally get some blueberry bushes. Found Plants by Mail online and thought I'd give them a try. Ordered a couple of different varieties, and they showed up in pretty good shape. I was a bit worried about ordering plants online, but they were packed securely, and the soil was still damp. It felt kinda like getting a surprise gift in the mail. I just hope I can keep these alive and get some blueberries this year!
Great value on fig trees
I was looking for a good deal on fig trees and found them here. I compared prices with a few other nurseries and this site had the best price for the size I wanted. I got two fig trees, and they even offered free shipping at the time, which saved me a decent amount. The trees arrived looking strong and healthy. I felt like I got a really good value for my money. It was worth checking out their offers before buying.

Anyone know if they do free shipping often? Or is it just for specific orders sometimes?
